This year, we are excited to add a Instructor Track to the festival. The Instructor Track will have its own classroom and will offer advanced training in Casino Partnering, Rueda de Casino, Afro-Cuban Folkloric, and Rumba.

What is the Instructor Track?

The Instructor Track is to create a space for instructors, teaching assistants, and performance group leaders to receive advanced training from master instructors. This special track will be for people who have received permission from the organizers based on meeting the requirements set for the track. The requirements for this track are to maintain an advanced level for all the participants and ensure that participants are able to learn at an accelerated speed.

What are the requirements?

Current instructors, teaching assistants*, and performance group leaders.

Participants in the Instructor Track should have at least 2 years of experience teaching ongoing regular group classes.

Participants should have a website or some sort of verification of their ongoing classes

*Co-instructors or teaching assistants should have the support of their main instructor to participate in the Instructor Track.

How do I register?

If you meet the above requirements and are interested in participating in the Instructor track, please contact Nick and Serena via email at salsavaletodo@gmail.com or 415.608.6180 to receive approval for entry into this track.

Instructor Track participants should register for a full or limited access pass and will receive a special wristband for the Instructor Track upon registration at the festival.
