REGISTER YOUR TABLE HERE

Take advantage of this historic event and have a Vendor Table at the S.F/ Bay Area Salsa Rueda Festival to sell your product/services to all of our attendees. The Vendor space is conveniently located right as participants enter the ballroom for the classes, performances and parties.

Registration for your Vendor Space is due by January 30th, 2012. Price quoted is for the whole weekend and are exclusive of hotel accommodations. Please call 1-800-227-4747 to reserve your room. Mention the Festival to get our great room rate.

Spaces for merchandisers are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors may not change pitch location without the prior agreement of Organizers.

Vendors are entitled to a banner, link and brief description on the S.F./Bay Area Salsa Rueda Festival website (Vendors’ page) where a reciprocal exchange is expected.

Vendor table/s and 2 chairs will be provided by the S.F./Bay Area Salsa Rueda Festival at no extra cost. Please inform us of any additional chairs (max 2) when you complete the Vendors’ registration form.

We cannot guarantee proximity of nearest power sockets but will do our best to ensure easy access to nearest power supply.

Please understand that the S.F./Bay Area Salsa Rueda Festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles of merchandise or any property of the vendors.

We cannot provide dressing rooms, mirrors, clothes rails, lamps or any other facilities.

Music vendors must provide headphones with any listening equipment. General music may only be played whilst there are no classes taking place and with prior agreement from organizers. Please respect other vendors and keep volume levels moderate.

Vendor Tables are priced as follows: $250/ 1 table, $350/ 2 tables, $450/3 tables.

* Table Location will be sold on a first come first serve basis
* Vendors can not share the same Table Booth
* Vendors are not allowed to SELL ANY TYPE OF BEVERAGES OR FOOD
* Maximum of 2 Staff Members will be allowed at each Vendor Table

All Vendor Booth owners will receive 1 Full Pass

 

 

 

Set up will take place on

Thursday, February 16th between 4 and 6 pm or Friday, February 17th, 2012 between 8 and 10 a.m.
